This museum was recommended by family who visited in2017. It's a fascinating history of the country and the powerful role of women throughout time. Definitely worth the 2-3 hours we invested.

This was the first museum I went to in Hanoi, and it helped me learn so much about Vietnamese life, culture, and history in general. The audioguide was helpful too. Absolutely loved it and would recommend to anyone.

2-3 hours. The nice thing about the audio guide is you enter the number for the display you want to hear about. Two of the floors we listened to almost all of the audio guide the last floor we listened to maybe one or two.

Yes it does. Make sure for the little extra you do the audio as it is well worth listening to the stories.
