I've used this service 7 times now, Chiang Mai/Pai and Pai/Mae Hong Son and every time it's been prompt and I felt very safe traveling the curvy mount roads. The bus drivers know these roads like the backs of there hands. Both journeys are 3...More

Arrived to the bus station to see signs stating Grab is illegal. Read a few recent news articles about hard done by tuk tuk and cab owners at the bus station due to grab. We used a grab last week from there. Great efficient service,...More

If you're considering going to Pai from Chiang Mai; this ride must be experienced. That's all I'm going to say. The price is 150 baht, which is quite a bargain. You will never forget this trip! This was one of our highlights from our trip.

We booked our tickets online and upon arrival were told to collect our ticket number from the kiosk. We were given clear instructions of where to find our minibus for our journey to Pai.

Took the Green line VIP bus from here to Chiang Rai. It’s the bus I’m sitting in, writing this review. There is a small cafe, a minimart, and an air con waiting area on the second floor. Toilets are very clean and tidy and available...More

Open and airy bus station with plenty of shaded seating. Ticket offices are located adjacent to the main entrance and all platforms are well signed. Plenty of facilities for food and drink. Tuk-tuk ride into town cost us 100 baht.

In my partner's and my opinion, the Prempracha Minibusses are a great way to travel through Thailand. Really cheap (e.g. only around 250 baht for the long ride from Chiang Mai to Mae Hong Son), clean and comfortable cars, no deep-freezing aircon, no annoying karaoke...More

Needs technology improvements, no clear or cohesive plan of what the hell is what. Come early for your bus if you want make it.
