I'm not an experienced cook so I really enjoyed going to market, making my own curry paste, and generally getting better at the basics for things like fried rice and cooking with coconut. Also, we ate constantly through class, which isn't such a bad thing....More

OMG! Parima speaks excellent English and has a wonderful sense of humour. We had never seen some of the dishes in any restaurant. Just do it!
