I was very pleased to have done the trip to get there to find out about tea plantations. The place is very nice, the staff very kind. The tour was with Mr Charlie who is the sweetest man and have very good English skills.

There is nothing there to see. No explanation nor guide to introduce the place or products. Just a table with samples of tea leaves, soaps etc lying around. Thi place is well situated and would be a good place to visit if much better managed.

The tea plantation is about 1 hour drive north of Chiang Mai. You can hire a car or a local taxi from Chiang Mai city. It should be between 3,000 Baht for a return trip. Otherwise, you can go to asian-oasis website. They... More

It might depend on the type of vehicle and if you plan to stop anywhere else and for how long. Probably B1000 minimum, possible less, but also could be a bit more.
