Ordered 2 shirts long and short sleeve,tailored best quality so the fabric was.No need to look around-this is best price with best service.Highly recommended,hope to come back again.

Last time I went in Thailand, I came to Chiang Mai. I met Raju, a very kind person and very professional. I made 3 suite and 5 shirt for myself, very good quality! Next time I will go in Thailand I will go to "Venezia Fashion" again, for sure!

John, the owner and tailor, is a honest and trustworthy guy. The first time I walked into Venezia, I chatted with him for almost an hour before he said, "Don't worry, take your time, think about it, and come back if you have questions."
I was surprised by his lack of pressure, and saw this as a sign that I could trust him. Fast forward one year, and my wife and I have had more than 20 suits and dresses made by John. This includes all of the tuxedos and bridemaids dresses for our wedding, as well as suits for another friend's wedding.
Throughout my one year of working with John, I go to know John well. He enjoys his work helping customers look great. You will enjoy working with John.

Made a suit there. I was vigorously convinced that the material was cashmere + wool. Upon collecting the suit, i confronted Mr John that the material was in fact polyester (after I brought a piece of the cloth to be tested in a few other shops). He simply shrugged me off.
Despite the jacket was too tight that i couldn't even move my shoulders or lift my arm, he totally ignored me and hastily hurried me off the shop.
Save your money and visit other reputable shops!

i was there to order custom made clothes. i was not quite satisfied the service at the shop. But the quality and workmanship are looked ok. Please change your customer service. i have not tried yet the clothes and have not washed or dry clean yet. Thank

Enquired about a tailor suit and was greeted with excellent service. Raj was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with good suggestions for styles. Very quick turnaround and reasonable value. Suit looks great!

I visited the shop recently to have three work shirts made. I could not believe the quality of shirt I received. A week before I had shirts man in the famous Hoi An in Vietnam where the best tailors are are said to reside. But I can assure you the shirts I brought on Vietnam are not of the standard from Venezia. The quality of material the actual for of the shirt is heavenly. Two men work in the shop both of them very helpful indeed and both not afraid to offer their opinion if something does not sit well with the shirt. I have had all of my measurement recorded as I plan to have further shirts suits and coats made in the near future. They have have me rough estimates of prices to send the items to the UK where I live and again these prices are next to nothing. If you are in need of a great suit of top jalopy material and you are anywhere near chain Mai then I could not recommended this place any more. I am a very very happy man and I will be ordering new things from here soon.

Rooney and John that work at the tailor shop are a couple of con artists.
I went in to have a couple of linen shirts made. I'm no expert on fabrics by the way. They showed me what they said was linen and they told me wonders about the fabric. So I got the shirts done just before Songkran Festival. When I picked them up the sleeves were a bit to wide and flared out. I asked if they could fix that and I was told the factories were closed, but I could take them to Bangkok to their friend's shop. Well they're friends shop doesn't exist by the way. They never cared to call me back as I was always calling them to see what we could do to fix the issue. They had me running around from tailor shop to tailor shop around Bangkok and having them talk to the Venezia Fashion to see if they could do it for free. It was a waste of time and energy. In the end I ended up paying a shop more money to alter the shirts for me last minute before leaving Thailand.
And to make things worse, I bought these linen shirts for the summer heat. Well it turns out they are made out of polyester as I was told by multiple tailors in Bangkok. And polyester is the worst for hot weather. I'm upset that they were dishonest with me and made me waste so much time just to get nowhere with them.
The only good thing that came out of this is that after talking to so many tailors in a week's time, I am now more educated about what to look for when I get my next shirt.
Don't trust these guys.

I ordered suits, they were promised to be ready for when I left Chiang Mai. This didn't happen and I paid by credit card.
I have received half finished products and am missing 5 suit jackets, 5 shirts and my wife's suit. I have sent three emails, called over 15 times and still have not even a response indicating they will follow through with their word. They said they could ship to Canada. Nothing has shipped.
if Mr. John or Ohm are seeing this review you should reach out and contact us. Otherwise within three days of today your payment will be reversed.
We like the quality of your work and attention to detail. Just the service has been terrible.

These guys are cheaters! Good luck to you. I hope you get what you ordered. Bad karma for them if you don't. So disappointed. Thai people are usually really honest, I guess they weren't thought the same values b

Hi Rooney and John - I've sent emails to both addresses you provided to inquire about the status of the clothes you were going to ship and have not received a response. This is customer 1833 - I left 2000 baht for you to ship two skirt suits (one black, one blue) and 3 or 4 shirts on November 4th via one month air mail and I have not received anything yet. I already received two other packages I shipped to myself that same day - they arrived 3 weeks ago. Please let me know when I can expect to receive my items!
