They’re very accommodating, so I don’t think you’ll have any problems. The dishes I made in the 1/2 day class didn’t contain any dairy - although make sure to ask for eggless tofu (white not yellow) if you don’t eat meat. I... More
They’re very accommodating, so I don’t think you’ll have any problems. The dishes I made in the 1/2 day class didn’t contain any dairy - although make sure to ask for eggless tofu (white not yellow) if you don’t eat meat. I don’t think there was any gluten either as they use rice noodles but you’d need to ask them. There may be dairy or gluten in the spring roll wrappers as they’re store bought but you could just skip them.
