Have shopped and eaten at Jam factory and never ending summer on Many occasions. The shop is delightful and we bought many items-bags, place mats, mugs etc. Lunched followed in the restaurant after which we decided to have coffee and waffles at the Jam factory....More

It's an area with a architecture company, coffee shop and exhibition gallery and restaurant. It's quite interesting but worth coming if only you are coming for a meal.

A few spaces. But parking isn't great and you have to get by the guards. If they let you park.
