Suan Luang Rama9 Park is a big public park in bangkok. You can relax and exercise here. Walking, running, biking and aerobic exercise. Open on 5.00am - 7.00pm Monday to Sunday. They will close every November for big plants event and open again on December.
A beautiful park to the East of Bangkok and costs a measly 10 baht entry. It has a huge lake with boats available for hire at 40 baht and 40 baht deposit which is refundable. Highly recommended if you are in the city..........

The Grand national park in Bangkok is not to far from The international airport by car only half and hour. Very beautiful flowers over the areas, they have S&P restaurant inside for meal. Duck boats are attractive a family. Feeding many fishes, walk and jogging....More
I away come here to run in evening. After 5pm until the park closed (7pm) and 5-9am no need to pay for entering. Very nice windy and enjoyed to look at beautiful sunset. If you are around here, just come.
Saun Luang Rama 9 Park is near a number of the mega malls in Bangkok. It is a nice place to walk around and escape the city. The park does close at night and the city has police that locks the gates to the park.
Early morning, the place is full of young and senior people who come for exercise, jogging, tai chi, aerobic, and cycling.
The greenery, the scenery, and the setting make the garden full of fresh air and lively energy.
