This is La Rueda, she's old, not fancy and well-dressed. I love La Rueda though, I can smell the alma de la salsa in there. The sentimental value that lies within make me feel like I'm back home. La Rueda, the mother of Bangkok Salsa.

This place is small, dark, dingy, and has one of the worst dance floors I have ever danced on. The floor upstairs is better but is only used for small classes. The management is not friendly, and the prices for water, and beer is higher...More

The venue itself seems slightly impractical to turn into a dance studio, due to the fact it is very small, and has low ceilings (ladies, forget doing any elaborate styling, as your hands will smack the xceiling or person next to you). However, the crowd...More

A nice cozy place to dance salsa with cheap beer. But space is cramped especially when there's event going on.

Been to La Rueda a lot of times, This is one of the oldest places for salsa lovers in BKK, small place that for some reason attracts many dancers, You should buy one drink when you enter the club.

Considering the options, I believe this is the best spot to dance salsa in Bangkok. The entrance is free but you required to buy at least one drink. The level of dance varies and depends on the people that are visiting. The place is a...More
