This place has changing exhibits of local artists, so come often. There are also shops with artsy stuff to sell and a few small eateries.
The elevators were under repair when we were there, but I'm sure they are OK by now.

A great place to see ever changing displays. Close to transport links, next to MBK centre and all free. Start at the top and work down. You are encouraged to touch some installations and become part of them. Great vibe. Definitely worth a visit.
