Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We found this to be a vey interesting tourist attraction. It is possible to wander into the various classes whilst student are being taught practical professional skills in wood carving, art, embroidery, sculpture. When you see the detailed work that goes behind the production of the art pieces that are on sale in the various handicraft shops it makes you even more appreciative. There is an attached shop where it is possible to purchase products of the students' work. We found this a very informative attraction.

The museum shows the village life . The traditional farm equipment and vessels are on display in a hut like setting.
There is a four storey hut constructed to show the layout of a traditional home. how people cooked, stored grains, how animals were kept and so on.
there's local wine for sale.
depends on people's tastes as to what they enjoy.

I will rank this about Simply Bhutan, as this museum is elaborate and offers a walk thru of tranditional bhutanese life style. The old house is well maintained and helps understand Bhuntanese thought process on developing self sustained ecosystem.

This is an interesting place to see Bhutanese folk heritage. Due to time constraint, we did not spend a lot of time there as we approach the end of the day.

This is a preserved rural Bhutanese farm house. You can see all the different types of artefacts used in daily life of rural folk from generations ago.

A lovely place to see how the Bhutanese people lived in the past. Some museum items are very interesting.
There are “live” people making a local rice wine and demonstrate the fabric waving techniques.

Keep in mind that shoes must be removed before entering the house.

Fascinating to see the process in learning how to actually do the handicrafts one sees all over Bhutan. Seeing how detailed and minute the embroidery and thangka painting are done, we felt almost guilty for paying so little for these exquisite pieces. I had to wonder, however, that the girls were doing embroidery and we saw no girls in most of the other crafts.
