Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

All safety rules should apply to all. Apparently employees children do not have to abide by the rules, and they have the option to tell other employees no. The parents watching this are so frustrated, our children do not understand two sets of rules. The little girl, cuts in line, runs, tells other employees no, ties knots in the silks, the list could go on forever. Concession not opened, I paid for 2 hours and for 1.5 hours there were not enough emplyees for all stations to be opened

You now have to buy socks. You have always had to have socks which is fine and expected. However, now you have to purchase their socks with the grips on the bottoms. On top of what you pay per person. Roughly we spent 65.00 for three kids to jump one hour. We will jump on the trampoline at home.

I was going to be in town for the day with kids (ages 7 and 13)and a friend recommended AirStrike. I went online and found most all the information we needed including buying tickets and completing the waiver information. It said to be there 30 minutes prior to "flight time" and to have gripper socks. It did NOT say that ONLY AirStrike socks are permitted and not other gripper socks. I feel that's a bit of a scam as we had socks from another park and brought them but were told we had to purchase the Airstrike socks for $3 each.
We arrived 30 minutes prior to "flight time", got checked in and ready to go, only to have to sit and wait for 20 minutes. I understand some people aren't on time and some times the crowd warrants waiting inline, but you should tell people 30 minutes prior if they need to buy tickets/complete waivers and 15 minutes prior if you only need to check in.
Once we got on the floor, it was a nice, clean space with lots of fun obstacles, energetic music and staff to keep an eye on things. The kids really did have a great time and aside from buying socks, it was a good value at $15/hour for them to play.
If we're in the area again, I'd go back, but I wish I'd know a little more before our first visit. Maybe a FAQ page on the website would be helpful.

We had the most wonderful time here! Our 4 year old daughter jumped her little heart out and all the obstacle course apparatuses were fantastic too. Thanks to Jessica and the whole team for a fun-filled morning!

They have really space for you to be able to jump. If you do not like the jump they have couches around the area for parents to sit down. They have multiple jumping activities for the kids is really good as well. We came here for a birthday party and that was very quick and efficient at getting us the things that we needed.

Airstrike is guaranteed fun. We visited on a Tuesday morning (we are homeschoolers so we can go on less crowded days and times) we nearly had the place to ourselves. The staff is friendly. The kids love the trampolines and foam pits. We've been during busier times and we've never had a problem.
I'm currently 9 months pregnant so no jumping for me but they have massage chairs for the parents!!! Do you hear me? My children wore themselves out while I got a massage.
I will repeat .. My children had the best day ever and I sat in a massage chair. Everyone left happy and I was the greatest mom in the world!

This is such a fun place for all ages. The simple trampolines and foam pits are great for the little ones. While the middle and high schoolers will love the ninja warrior course and the aerial silks. Dodge Ball is always a hit. Kids do have to be careful, as I've known a few to get hurt while jumping. However, if you follow the directions, it's pretty safe. I would also recommend trying to go when it's not very crowded. My only wish is that they would offer an annual pass.
