Om Shanti Belize Yoga and Wellness Center & School Ltd is the winner of the Health and Wellness Provider Award 2022 from the Belize Tourism Board. I found Om Shanti, my first yoga session with Michelle was a beautiful experience, she is so sweet and friendly , I also attended their full moon yoga session, the class was filled to capacity but it was so intimate, peaceful and relaxing and filled with positive vibes. We set our intentions and manifestations for the new year. I enjoyed every yoga session that I decided to do a reiki session prior to heading back to the US. My reiki session was exactly what I needed, the positive energy was flowing, the love, gratitude and healing I walked away with will forever remain with me and contribute to my spiritual growth and healing. After being guided through a gorgeous maze of gardens, I enjoyed a message here from a talented young woman. She was firm and thorough, and I felt so extremely relaxed afterwards. I don't think I've ever had such a good leg and foot massage! She really knew pressure points and how to use the right force without making me feel ticklish or in too much pain. Thank you so much for your expertise! We also stayed at the hotel which was an equally enjoyable experience, extremely relaxing after a lot of travel. Strolling around the Lighthouse Point, staying nearby, I stumbled on to Martha's Cafe and enjoyed a terrific dinner overlooking the mouth to the harbor and the setting sun! Not only was everyone so hospitable (so true for Belizeans) but I quickly learned about the array of services available through OM SHANTI Belize. I quickly booked for the next afternoon for a 90-minute Thai massage with Marwin. It was absolutely the best ever! Highly recommend Marwin and don't miss the opportunity to meet Martha & Michelle (mother-daughter owners of Harbor View).

This place is such an oasis of well-being! I especially appreciated Giselle's expert seaweed scrub and massage which really soothed my sunburn. Giselle's presence was light and nurturing. The view is beautifil and the food is amazing. You absolutely must check this place out when you are in Belize City!!

Great class! Dropped in for a morning class. Drop in fee covers a mat rental. All the staff is attentive and extremely personable. Yoga teacher was energetic, motivating, and gave me quite the workout. We had some delicious smoothies and avocado toast upstairs after class. Wonderful atmosphere. Nothing but good energy.

After a week on board the Aggressor for SCUBA diving we looked forward to a relaxation massage at OM Shanty. The Swedish style couples massage did not disappoint! The muscle soreness we did not even know we had became apparent.
The grounds were beautiful, and the massage room was quiet, private and peaceful. Very professional and complete hour of massage. Highly recommended.

My wife and I got the 90-minute deep tissue, aromatherapy, & hot stone massage with sauna. It was AMAZING! We went on a Sunday when most things in Belize were closed (downtown Belize is very quiet on Sundays), and it was exceptional! I have spondylolisthesis in my L5 and the person working on me spent extra time slowly loosening up the muscles in my back and left hip. After the massage we spent 20 min in the infrared, sauna, and then jumped into a ice bath. It was an incredible way to spend a lazy Sunday!

I received a full body message from Glenda and it was WONDERFUL. She was very sweet and caring throughout the massage. All of the ladies at the establishment are helpful and kind. Whenever I come back to Belize City I'll be back for sure!

Shannon and Glenda were amazing!!! Highly recommend the 90 minute massage! I had the aromatherapy, my friend had the deep tissue. Relaxing setting and music, a cool breeze in the window with a little help from nature with the sound of rain fall.

Wonderfully restorative yoga and meditation. Calm. Peace. Light. Joy. I only wish that I had time for a massage!
I’m recovering from a series of severe physical injuries, but Michelle made the practice so accessible. She made it make sense and feel good. It was such a relief to not have to try to bend and fit into impossible postures. My regular practice is with many modifications, and this time was no exception.
If you are in the area, do yourself a favor by visiting and practicing!

I got a traditional massage by Giselle and it was such a great experience. The ambiance and beauty of the wellness center was so warm. In such a beautiful tucked off location, I’ve been to the Belize lighthouse and in that area so many times and didn’t know such an amazing atmosphere was available and I’ll definitely be back! I’m even treating my parents to a visit. The massage was amazing and very much needed, I’m excited to try more of the services offered. I experienced relaxation and mental clarity. 10/10 recommend

The massage from Shannon (?) was AMAZING!!! So much so I came back for another. I have chronic pain and like medium/slightly firm pressure. She was thorough and I swear it feels like she has 4 hands. 5/5 highly recommend.
