Great place with excellent selection of gins. We appreciated the bartender who was more than willing to talk about gins with us!

We held a company happy hour in this bar before a conference dinner at the nearby hotel, and it was a big success. The bartender was extremely knowledgeable about the massive selection of gin (supposedly the second largest gin selection in the world?), and everyone...More

Really nice menu. I can speak highly of the fried green tomatoes! The pork tenderloins were quiet tasty! Staff is low key and very helpful. Also you get a great view of the Omni Shoreham across the street as a bonus!

I was not a fan of gin...until here. The bartender is wonderful! I told her my typical drink preferences and she worked her magic. I realize now I've just been drinking the wrong gin drinks. Highly recommend this hidden gem!

I was staying at the Omni Shoreham hotel for business this week. My colleague and I found this gem right across Calvert Street. We didn't try the upstairs restaurant (New Heights), but rather had drinks in the well-stocked, street-level bar...the "Gin Joint"...owned and tended by...More

We enjoyed the Gin Joint. Huge range of gin available and who doesn't like a G&T. Very well balanced menu and reasonably priced as well. Nice table seating area outside in front of restaurant. Service was spot on. Well worth considering.
