The newer Capitol Visitor center provides a great experience. The process for getting in and moving about and exploring history is top notch. There are a lot of options to tour in DC and this should be put on your list.

Our tour guide from the U.S. Capitol Visitor Center, Megan Soe, gave a great tour and incorporated humor, also. I would recommend her tour if you go!!

Must see/do. U can go in here and see it and even go here w/o passes. U just have 2 pass security. The museum is great, the statues and the cafe as well.

The visitors center at the Capitol is top notch. The staff was very polite and concise in their directions when needed. The whole tour was very good also. Our guide did an amazing job explaining about our Nation’s Capitol.

The visitors center was well organized. I don't know how they manage to get so many people through the center everyday! We loved our tour of the Capitol and our visits to The Senate and The House of Representatives!!

Clean and nice. The way the House of Representatives and Senators were described was great. It made understanding the government simplified and easy to understand. Nice restroom facilities, too.

You don't need your passport or ID to just visit the Capitol. Everyone goes through Security screening, which is basically like airport screening. However, if you want an official tour then you would have to book either... More

Just like the others, I think it would be best to contact the visitor center directly. My guess would be not, but that is just a guess
