What the movie first (great way to rest your feet from all the walking). Then take the escorted tour which includes headphones so you can clearly hear your tour guide.

Very special to be shown around the legislative branch of the US government. The senate and the House of Representatives. The Supreme Court is situated across the street.

The statues and history of Congress for Senate and House was interesting. Lots of space and nothing really revelational if you studied history. Staff was excellent with good knowledge and engaging personalities

Get your tickets early. It's free, but helps. This places sees a tone of people, but the tours are great. Lots of good information. If you want a more private tour, as your Senator or Representative.

When waiting your time of tour, you can admire significant statues. The hall is very large lobby. There is also a restaurant.

You don't need your passport or ID to just visit the Capitol. Everyone goes through Security screening, which is basically like airport screening. However, if you want an official tour then you would have to book either... More

Just like the others, I think it would be best to contact the visitor center directly. My guess would be not, but that is just a guess
