Capitol Hill is area with U.S.Capitol building as centerpiece. Area is accessible for public and also for free. During my visit there were some protest against government.

A well kept piece of history that allows people to sample nice pieces of arts, scultures and architectures. The tour guides do a good job: an hour or so well spent.

It is worth the tour even if the scaffolding is still up.
