We visited and did wine tasting. Our server was very knowledgeable and friendly. We tasted 5 wines and had a cheese plate! Wines were very good The value for tasting and cheese was worth the walk up the hill to the vineyard

Te Motu helped make a beautiful day a perfect one. The food was simple, flavorful and lovely. As was the service. Our server, a knowledgeable and friendly Argentine woman, offered great recommendations from the food (dumplings and lamb) to the wine (the in-house sauvignon blanc)....More

The wine tasting was nice although not my favorite wines of the day. Beautiful location, easy walk from a couple other wineries. This tasting was more expensive at $20 compared to other vineyards where tastings are $10. Although I feel the pours were more generous...More

Such a shame - after doing the vineyard walk we were very excited to come across Te Motu. $20 for a tasting per person - and average wines - soooo disappointing! Thought they were actually taking the mickey with the price. Nice spot but so...More

Hi Taryn, I agree, 5 wines for $20 may seem a bit expensive for a wine tasting, but as we specialise in barrel aged Bordeaux style dry reds we like to include a few heavy hitters that have spent bit of time in the cellar...More

Not really my type of wine as what they have is almost all dry wines but my husband enjoyed it. The hostess was a little distracted as she was trying to host our tasting on the main floor and a tour group upstairs at the...More

The best winery we tried I waiheke island. Very good service and price versus the quality of the wine. We strongly recommend to try the newest dessert wine..it's outstanding.
