We went for the $20 per person wine tasting .This gave us 5 tastings and well informed information about each wine .We paid for a wonderful cheese platter $20 . We decided not to go on an organised bus / wine tour and felt we...More

Good range of wines from a small boutique winery without all of the commercial noise of the bigger producers. Very good cellar door staff, well informed and a good host.

Stopped here during our time on Waiheke Island. We did not do a tour, but only stopped in their restaurant/tasting room. The seating areas are quite scenic and provide shade on a sunny day. The wines were good and not too pricey. The staff was...More

I recently travelled to Auckland for business and decided to take the 40 minute trip out to Waiheke Island to test out some of the wineries on the island. Te Motu is a fantastic, family owned boutique winery in a great location adjacent to the...More

Stopped in here as part of a one day tour of a few wineries on the island. There was nothing bad about the place really but it just wasn’t a stand out and looking back would have gone elsewhere instead. Wine was nice but didn’t...More
