We enjoyed the sightseeing tour around the area, the personalized attention by the tour guide and the kayaking trip through the wild life sanctuary. Seeing seals, penguins and other wild life up close was amazing.

We did the 24 hour package, a wonderful experience.... would have stayed an additional night if time had permitted. EVERYONE, who works for Pohatu is knowledgeable and cares for the environment. Thank you!

By far the best thing to do in Akaroa. Really nice town but this was the best. Great tour guide, great cause and an all around great experience.

Hi there, Sorry we don't do pick ups from Christchurch, But the French connection Shuttle works well with all Pohatu penguin day tours. They get you to Akaroa around 10am-10.30am and depart around 4pm , it gives us time to... More
