We arrived on the day the course was holding their local Akaroa Ryder Cup.... where the local Kiwis were playing the local expats. They allowed us to play 9 holes with them and invited us to the bar later for a drink with the group. The golf course staff were excellent and made us feel welcomed, and the course was in good shape and fun to play. A good day overall.

Unfortunately it was a bit of a wet day when we played but I booked online and found everyone very helpful and friendly. We took our own clubs and rented trundlers and one cart as it is a bit of a hilly course. The views were stunning and the course was challenging, interesting and well maintained. Can well recommend this course that is not far from Akaroa in Devauchelle.

I have always enjoyed walking on the courses I play. This was a great course to play and walking I was able to take in all the beautiful views and wild birds. I dropped a head cover around hole 7, the group behind me made sure it came back in with them. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

We had booked for a 10am start and were met by 2 very Friendly club members, who set us up with our hired clubs and Trundlers, we only played 9 of the 18 holes.
Please note I am not really a golfer, and this is my 1st review of a golf course so I am unable to speak golf terms, but I thought the Course has all the making of a great course, Short and long fairways, good greens ,trees to hit or miss,(lots of trees) water and sand hazards. The Course is about a 10min drive from Akaroa township. A great way to enjoy the outdoors. Fresh air, good views, sunshine, now off for lunch and a well-deserved glass of wine.

Played on a beautiful day. Course was immaculate with amazing views from many of the fairways. The scores were pretty good too!
