However it is a little bit outside of any walking roads. I had to go a specially for it and later walking around forests to don't come back the same way. One of those things to visit if we've already seen more important places around.

A very moving Memorial. Very surreal and powerful experience. Worth the side trip - learn the history of the place before going.

A beautiful place but don’t expect to much. It is simple but a wonderful thing with the crack in the wall that you can use to enter the cemetery. We visited it by night and it was breathtaking.

This was one of the most moving Holocaust Memorial I have ever seen. It captures the tragedy of the Jews who lived in the area. It is a must see when in Kazimierz Dolny.

This 1985 installation is one of the most powerful memorials we have seen while in Poland! Worth the side trip if you're in Lublin.

The prior reviews describe this and the history behind this memorial accurately. It is very moving. We stopped here with 4 kids (tweens and teens). It is definitely worth a walk from town or a short drive to go see this.

we visited the Holocaust Memorial Wall which is just down the street from the Hotel we were staying at. During the war (WW2) the Germans had the stones removed from the graves and made into a footpath so everyone walked over them. Sickening!

Stopped here as we rode around Kazimierz Dolny. Worth stopping for a moment of reflection and contemplation. The wall is a striking way to honour those whose graves were desecrated by the Nazis.

This wall is constructed from recovered headstones from the Jewish cemetery that were removed and desecrated during World War II. Plan to take bug spray.

That the recovered tombstones were built into a memorial wall was moving . Walking behind the wall to see the cemetery among tall trees . So peaceful a spot you could feel the centuries , the vastness and the emptiness .
