We tried the horror room "madness" as a couple and holy **** that was scary. Puzzles were not really that challenging, but it was very dark and you only had one flashlight (which randomly went off, on purpose), so the atmosphere was scary, honestly. On top of that there was real actors in the room scaring you so you couldn't really focus on puzzles that well. So as an experience it was really cool, can recommend it if you like stuff like this and adrenaline spikes

A bit tricky to find and a bit tricky to get to the main office (ring a bell with a specific number and wait for the intercom). Once inside the escape room was good fun ( we did 2 with our daughter of 7 years old). We were all involved and the puzzles challenging enough for us to complete with occasional hints.

We did ‘the bunker’ escape room. Despite our experience we had quite the difficulties with the escape room. Some of them were our fault (missed clues), others were technical defects of the room. Try to be with 4 persons (2 was quite hard).
Neverthless it was a nice room that you should check out. The staff was also very helpful en friendly (we got 15 min. Extra time).

Really bad experience!!
Me and my boyfriend had booked the room “Time Machine” at 11:00, but when we rang on the doorbell no one opened.
I had to check up the phone number on the web site and call someone, who in turn said he would call the worker. Two minutes later, a guy finally opened the door to the place, looking like he literally JUST woke up. He showed us into a dark apartment and he was so confused, he didn’t even know which of the rooms we had booked. We think he was extremely hangover because he yawned all the time.
Not the service we expected!! :(
(And they didn’t accept credit cards as well) which we hadn’t seen any info about on the web site!

Me and fiance played Captains Cabin and Bunker.
In Captains Cabin the decoration of the room was well made. Details were thought through and the atmosphere was nice and inviting. The room was very easy. If you're a first-timer with room escape games, this is a great room to start with! Also this would be good with kids! Nice variation of different kind of puzzles.
The Bunker was a little bit harder, but still quite easy to figure out. The story of the room and the atmosphere did not go together as well as in Captains Cabin. We felt that the theme didn't really come through from the puzzles, and the pieces of the room felt a little detached from each other. The room fell a little flat from our expectations. One major flaw, or even a scare in the room was, that there was no emergency exit possibilities, and if you'd actually have to get out without the help of the employee in case of an emergency and couldn't crack the puzzles, you'd stay locked in.
The Bunker and Captains Cabin are located in two different locations in Riga. In both places we felt that the customer service was pretty sub-standard. The story was not well explained and the game directors clearly weren't too engaged to the games themselves.

We did the Mona Lisa room with 2 people. The puzzles are a bit simple, but fun. Problem is you do 95% of the escape room in 25 minutes and then you get stuck on a broken laser room for 25 minutes. We got fed up with the laser room randomly going off even when you're not moving or not even in the room. Getting stuck like that is zero fun, definitely since the instructions aren't hard - the lasers just set off on nothing. They work with an automatic hint/clue system, so they didnt see us waving at the camera multiple times and asking what was hapening. It ruins the whole experience. The last answer once you finally get past the broken room is also given to you instantly through the clue system instead of having to figuere it out. Happy we went during low price times, cause its not worth it otherwise.

Before the game started we got locked in the room with the operator. We were really trapped. She had to complete the mission so we could get out. Furthermore one of the tasks failed to work. We could never have solved this on our own. Funny experience. We got the money back, and we had something to laught over afterwards.

We did the soviet story escape room.
We had an issue with the the lock. We figured out the code pretty quickly but it didn’t work. We continued trying to find alternatives for about 20 minutes. Rang the receptionist for a clue and our code was right all along - the lock was broken! She came and tried the code, didn’t work. Then she disappeared for pliers, didn’t work. Then disappeared for a phone light and bigger pliers, then finally broke it open. Another 10 mins later.
In the end, she “gave us” an extra 10 minutes but by then, the momentum and fun had gone. While we accept things go wrong, the communication was poor - no apology and we were avoided on exit.

We were nine friends trying two of their escape rooms (Mona Lisa and Madness: Horror), and we very much enjoyed it. A bit of bad language on one of the clues in the Mona Lisa room confused both groups and made us miss a step. But we managed to escape, my team winning both rooms. :) Bring an extra pair of pants with you to Riga if you plan on trying any of these rooms - you might rip them in the one room or pee them in the other..

bad experience. we got in 30 minutes later, the door was closed. the phone did not answer. the child had a birthday there. the quest was hard and didn't help them at all. in addition, we were asked to leave the room 30 minutes early . the payment was taken in full.

Don't worry, they speak English and the clues are all in English, Latvian and I think also Russian. Me and my friends are all English speaking, and we had a great time :)
