Amazing service - even if she didn't know what I was saying she found her co-worker that speaks excellent english to find out what I was asking so that I could explain what I was allergic to. Great value for money and felt very relaxed - had the full hair conditioning and my eyebrows plucked and dyed. I would travel back to Poland just to go back here!

I'm surprised that this spa is (currently) ranked as number 21 of the spas in Warsaw because it should be number 1!
The view is stunning from the 43rd floor. Exiting the elevator and seeing it is really a wow feeling!
There is a pool with a nice temperature and a jacuzzi with amazing view. There is also a sauna but I never tried it. Entry is 150 zloty (and 75 zloty if you take a massage or such) and towels, bathrobe and slippers are included. There is schampo, shower gel, hairdryer, locks for your stuff and such in the changing room. An extra plus is that they have a machine for quick drying your bikini!
I had a 60 minute oriental massage in a room with panoramic view of Warsaw. The massage was excellent and the room felt exquisite.
All and all - I highly recommend this spa!

Booked a massage following a day flying. Excellent massage. I will certainly be repeating next time I am in Warsaw. I would highly recommend.

Horrible service and absolutely overprised! I purchased massage for my wife and asked to buy flowers and they purchased FUNERAL flowers - that is absolutely horrible and I paid $200 for 2 hours massage! Will never ever use again it.

This area of the Hotel is one of peace and calm after a good days sightseeing. The staff are extremely helpful and pleasant and the spa has all the refinements you'd expect from a 5 star Hotel. The view from the spa, on the 43rd floor, is fantastic.
