A great place to visit on a cold and rainy day! Not too big but has everything you would expect of a proper conservatory: a collection of palm trees, cacti, fruit trees (mostly oranges and lemons), orchids... there's even a bonsai section! You can buy...More

Place is old and very tired. If you come from tropical place there is not much to see. As for Walbrzych is not bad but acceptable.

Just typical palm house from the beginning of the 19th century that definitely needs renovation. The place is old and worn out thus has lost its magical aura. More attention should be paid in order to organize collection of plants as well as their presentation....More

We bought The Palm House + Ksiaz Castle tour. Since it is a old conservatory, needs a lot of funding to at least fix the exterior of the building. Interesting for people who haven't seen tropical gardens but not for people who have seen them...More

About 2km from Ksiaz castle (easy to find on foot), this is an interesting palm house, although they probably need to invest in some Hammerite for the rusty metal. It was raining the day we arrived. The lady at the ticket booth assured us our...More

Very basic greenhouse with some lemon and tangerine trees, a little fountain and several nice passages among the plants. There's also a small flower shop, a bonsai collection and a cafe (really old school, with jelly desserts and so on- but it's amazingly located in...More
