Upon checking with some local, we found the entrance to Powder Tower (Prasna Brana) through a doorway ,up a small staircase before we get to the ticket office.

It was on one of our routes along the city's streets and alleys. Very nice view of the city. There are several towers all over the town so you can buy a combined ticket for all of them, the view is different from each one.

Very affordable tickets (4 euros per person).
It was not crowded and we almost missed the entrance because there was just a little door and a small sign. You can buy tickets from the first floor of the tower.
