The glass art was nice and the building is quite interesting. But it is an ~hour tour and does not worth to leave the town center. Would not recommend to make that a priority when visiting Prague. ...

While I didn't recognize any names exhibited in the gallery, it was quite informative, interesting and varied. There were 4 exhibitions, varying degrees of contemporary. Also, the gallery has a sense of humor. Worth the stop if you make your way to holesovice.

If you get the chance. Visit DOX. At our visit they dedicated the museum to three collaborating artists. The air was exploding with frozen color in huge glass sculptures. We sat for a long time and enjoyed them. If other exhibitions are of the same...More

Really nice modern building highlighted by the guliver on the roof. Worth coming for this alone. The collaboration exhibit of glass artists CHIHULY – LIBENSKÝ – BRYCHTOVÁ is interesting though if you have seen CHIHULY at the Bronx botanical gardens in NY last year it...More

If u re interested in contemporary art, this museum is good one. Its closer to tramvay station by walk. They have more than 3 exhibition at the same time.

A walk inside the suspended Gulliver Airship on the roof is worth a visit alone, but the exhibits are also fantastic. The glass art of Dale Chihuly, Stanislav Libenský and Jaroslava Brychtová currently on display is bewildering, best enjoyed on psychedelics, but inspiring even without...More

Really interesting exhibitions - but check ahead of your visit as some were closed - the iwelcome exhibition in particular was really poignant and thought provoking. The staff are really helpful and there is a library and small cafe. Across the road there are also...More

After 4 days exploring the Wenceslas Square, Old Town & Prague Castle neighborhoods we were ready for something a little off the beaten track and, frankly, away from the throngs of tourists in the town centre. The DOX Centre of Contemporary Art fit the bill...More

... but ultimately disappointing. Perhaps it was the time when I visited, but there was very little on display in this large, rambling building. The building is huge and has its quirky attractions (such as the "Gulliver Airship" up on the roof), but there is...More
