There is a good atmosphere here and it is a nice place to grab a drink with friends after work. It can be quite crowded on weekends and in good weather and the prices here are rather high compared to other parts of Prague. But if you’re ok with a slightly hipster feel to the place, it’s a nice spot to hang out.

A lot of chilled out young people, cheap drinks, movies/concerts/events. A hidden gem for people who like something different than oridinary pubs and restaurants.

This was an amazing surprise! If it wasn't for our guide, we wouldn't have found this place. I loved the atmosphere, amazing coffee and snacks. What a place hidden behind the tall walls :-)

I have been to Kasarna Karlin various time with Friends and Colleagues. Its perfect for an after work beer, drinks and snack. Suggested also for the warm atmosphere and the possibility to watch movies at night

Really nice open air place to chill out with friends while having a beer. Perfect for summertime. The play movies at nite.

It looks a lot older and more abandoned from the outside. The bar in the court yard was in the end surpringly fashionable. There was an interesting mix of people, younger surrounding a fire while there was an birthday group adding more to the fancy vibe. Staff was very friendly and it's definitely worth a visit just for the hudge building. There's more to explore there but mostly during the day.

This open-air cinema-cum-theatre was beautiful. I booked ticket for a 2-hour long play at a very nominal price and watched it sitting on the staircases meant for all. The best thing I liked was that everyone was here treated equally and there weren't any special seats reserved for guests or so.
