This park is well planned and maintained. Plenty of benches to rest and admire the beautiful views of the reservoir. Suitable for wheelchair and pushchair access. Good cycle paths and walking routes suitable for all levels of fitness

Sorry I don't understand, why shouldn't disabled people pay for parking like everyone else? I doubt the cafe give disabled people free drinks/snacks either, and I bet the petrol station charged them for fuel too.
