My friend and I arrived very cold and wet as we walked the North Downs Way. We received a very warm welcome. The rooms were very comfortable and the pub very friendly. The food was excellent and a good range of local beers.

Thank Sarah B

Friendly welcome, comfy rooms, tastefully appointed, excellent beer, great menu, dinner cooked to perfection, breakfast cooked to order, and a cheeky waitress. What more could you ask for in an overnight pub stop?

Found this pub after a long drive. Lovely staff treated me like a star and served great local and national real ales. Felt like a local. Go!
