This was a great place to stop and have a look, very interesting! lots of history & items to look at. Only $5/little kids are free - toilets / W/chair access/ postcards - items to buy.

Definitely worth a visit to learn some interesting stories of the making of white settlement on the island. Some limited info / displays also of indigenous habitation and mutton birding.

This great little museum is staffed by dedicated volunteers. Most of the year, it is open weekends and public holidays from 1–4pm. But between Boxing Day and Easter Tuesday, it's open most days, so check to be sure when you want to visit. We were...More

It is clear this museum is highly valued by the locals and visitors, artifacts are carefully cataloged and stored with care, also well displayed to show the amazing history of the island - very interesting.
