Bodegas Dona Felisa is a company dedicated to the production and aging of exclusive wines of the highest quality. Our quality is based on a well cared and limited production in the vineyards, giving the wine its "Terroir" taste. The winery Taller Bodegas Dona Felisa is located at a place where you can enjoy what nowadays known as "enological tourism", because it is near the old Roman city of Acinipo.

Acinipo, land of wine. Through a controlled process which begins with taking care of the vineyard and ends with the produced wine, we offer our clients a high quality product with a conceptual background and an exclusive design.

"Chinchilla", where our winery is located, was famous in Ancient Rome because of its vineyards and wines which were sent to Rome from Malaga's coast.

At present our wine is distributed worldwide and it is, very likely, the most international Andalusian red wine.

We booked a tour to this winery and had a wonderful time. Weather was perfect, site is beautiful, and their winery/home marvelous. They described how their wines are made in detail and why they are so good. An excellent part of a day trip to Ronda. It is fairly far "out in the country" and that might bother some urban... More

We have been driving around Southern Spain and there are amazing places to go - palaces, bridges, natural landscapes and ruins - but we were ready for a different kind of activity. We googled around and found Bodega Dona Felisa winery which is only 25 mins drive out of Ronda. We are so pleased we went. You pay for the... More

What can I say?! This was one of the highlights of our four day weekend spent in Andalucia. We went on a Sunday in November and the weather was still pleasant. Having found the chinchilla website from a web search I emailed a few days beforehand to make a booking and Gemma was very accommodating, particularly as I forgot to... More

We were quite a large group and had reserved a bus to bring us up the winding roads up from the Costa del Sol. We received an interesting tour and a lovely home cooked lunch which we enjoyed outdoors together with some of their great wines. Quite a few of us visited the shop as well, to bring some of... We had trouble calling ahead to book a tour, but that was our fault for trying to call in the morning for a tour that afternoon. As we were travelling to Ronda, we stopped by but were too late for a tour. We managed to join in a wine tasting though. The wines are favourful and the tapas that go... More

The advice given by Gema: "Plant grapes only where the Romans did" was one of the highlights of our informative tour. I am not sure how this advice would work in the New World, but her knowledge and passion delighted me. This was a wonderful way to spend a morning in a beautiful setting. We were in a mixed group... We were delayed in our trip and arrived too late for the tour, but we get a very good explanation, and the wine tasting was great. We are glad we made it.

Gema and her little dog Tinto were the perfect hosts - we had a great tour of the vineyard and learnt what went on behind the scenes. We then got the opportunity to try some wines which were excellent accompanied by really good homemade tapas. The setting is wonderful, big wooden tables looking out over the vineyards - we didn't... The food was fantastic, really really good. I booked this for a group of 24 people and we were extremely pleased with the food and the price for lunch, wine tasting and winery tour.
