About
Bodegas Dona Felisa is a company dedicated to the production and aging of exclusive wines of the highest quality. Our quality is based on a well cared and limited production in the vineyards, giving the wine its "Terroir" taste. The winery Taller Bodegas Dona Felisa is located at a place where you can enjoy what nowadays known as "enological tourism", because it is near the old Roman city of Acinipo. Acinipo, land of wine. Through a controlled process which begins with taking care of the vineyard and ends with the produced wine, we offer our clients a high quality product with a conceptual background and an exclusive design. "Chinchilla", where our winery is located, was famous in Ancient Rome because of its vineyards and wines which were sent to Rome from Malaga's coast. At present our wine is distributed worldwide and it is, very likely, the most international Andalusian red wine.

Top tour with exceptional wines
Aug 2021 • Family
I absolutely recommend you go here and do this tour if you’re in the area. The owner of the winery will take you on a tour where she explains everything about the proces of making wine. You start with the grape fields, then the fermentation proces, the oak barrels, the botteling and then the tasting. Now the best part starts because the wines they make are incredibly good. Some of the best wines I tasted in my life. Also the 10 tapas served together with te wines are great. At the end you can buy the favourite out of the 8 wines could taste. All the wines they make except one you can choose to taste, all wines we’ve tasted were great! We took 18 bottles home, can’t wait to open them! Sarah, thanks so much for the great experience, it was wonderful!!

Overnight Vineyard and Winetasting Trip
May 2021
We stayed overnight as a group of 6 at the bodega and did the tour and tasting dinner in the evening. Love the amazing wines and food and Gema was so informative, we all learnt a lot and the local area is stunning. So peaceful, this is our second visit and it does not disappoint.

Special family run winery with extraordinary wines
Sep 2020 • Couples
We enjoyed a wonderful tour of the winery and excellent explanation of the process. Although we have been on many winery tours in Napa, Sonoma, North Carolina, France, etc, this tour was very special. Smaller winery, family run, and very special wines....they are not trying for high volume but rather high quality wines. Due to the climate they do the harvest at night (wearing headlamps). And the taps were the icing😊.
Highly recommend...we will go again!!!

Amazing Personal Wine Tasting Experience
A group of 3 friends and I went down to Ronda to celebrate a birthday, and we were so happy to find Bodega Dona Felisa. When we arrived, we met Gema, who was incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and kind. She gave us a tour of the whole winery and walked us through the steps of the winemaking process, explaining how their process is both similar to, and different from, wineries in Spain and other parts of the world. Afterwords, we enjoyed a DELICIOUS wine tasting with tapas. It was hands-down the best experience I have had in my months of living in Spain, and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. The setting was so beautiful it did not feel real, but the kindness shown by Gema grounded the experience to make it perfect.

Fabulous Wine Tour
Mar 2020
We called the winery in the morning and got a tour that afternoon! The tour was wonderful and our guide, Gema was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. After the tour, we got a tasting out on the terrace and to our surprise, we got all kinds of tapas! The wine and tapas were fabulous!
Thank you, Gema for a great afternoon!

A 'Wine-derful' Day to Remember!
Oct 2019
After making advance reservations (choosing a tour with lunch, versus tapas), four women took a day trip to Doña Felisa Winery and loved every minute of our adventure. Once we turned off the main highway and started to maneuver the winding and bumpy stoney dirt road, we knew we were in for something special. We arrived at a large wooden door trimmed with iron and pushed the buzzer for entry. The door slowly slid to the side, presenting the lovely winery and property located high on a hill, offering expansive views of beautiful countryside and an ancient Roman civilization in the distance. Genma and her dog, Tinto, greeted us warmly at the door and provided an informative tour of this family-run operation. We sat outside on the patio and savored a fantastic five-course lunch which Genma prepared herself. Each course was accompanied by a different wine of exceptional quality, perfectly paired. The cuisine was delicious! We departed satiated, filled with warm memories and a car trunk filled with purchased wine. Somehow the ride back down the hill didn't seem quite so bumpy! Bring cash and an empty tummy.
