Beautiful landscape, very surreal to see red barren sands meeting the ocean. Incredible photography opportunities from red salt to fossils, Martian landscapes to crashing ocean waves against beaches and interesting geology. Saw a condor feasting on the beach along with other shore birds. We took...More

Visited as part of s guided tour and was treated to a very spooky alien landscape. The coastal views are stunning and incorporated with local history is a worthy place to visit.

Paracas is a peaceful bay in the southern desert of Peru in which many outdoor activities can be carried out. Camping is one and some beautiful beaches are a perfect spot to enjoy a 1000 star experience!!

The landscape is quite beautiful, impressive. The visitors center was so-so. The arch formation called “Cathedral’ collapsed due to an earthquake in 2007, but the rock formations are worth seeing.

My husband and I took a bus tour of the reserve and really wish we had skipped it. The landscape isn't unique, it is the same desert landscape you see elsewhere in the area just by taking the highway. The tour didn't allow enough time...More
