A great day trip from Perth, nice easy walks and a little bit of wildlife. Bring plenty of water as shade is scarce - and please don't feed the animals!

This is a gorgeous national park an easy drive from Perth. It's currently $12 per car (or van seating up to 12 people) to enter but well worth it. Have a meal at the tavern if you like but I thoroughly recommend taking a picnic...More

It would not be an easy visit. There is a slight incline/decline depending which way you go from the main car park. The Tavern is a good spot to see kangaroos and the bird life of the park which is accessible. The gravel... More

Hi Julie, sorry for the delay in replying.. I have no idea what trail to take to see wild flowers.. I have only ever been on the Tunnel walk but not at wildflower time..
