This is a real good place to have lunch if you like lamb chops, the best on Skyros. That means it will be busy and sevrvice a little bit slower than usual for Greek standards

Mouries is a name of a tree with a lot of leaves which covers the whole tavern. The food is very good and the staff is nice. It should be a mandatory stop during a holiday in Skyros.

Right beside a Skyrian horses farm it is the perfect choice if you are at the south area of the island. You can have delicious local meals and enjoy the breeze under the thick shade of the 'mouries' trees.

Amazing team and they are all volunteers!!! Don't forget to donate for the horses !!! The 5 minute ride costs 5 €
