Jurassic Ridge was one of four vineyards that we visited during a day on Waiheke island. Easily our favourite of the day, delicious wine and a great tasting experience. We'll be back!

Lance has a good story to tell. The wine is very good. The story is good too. The storytelling needs some work. The customer experience is a bit unusual with quite a lot of put downs if you mispronounce Italian words or don’t know much...More

My wife typically likes a Riesling and typically doesn't chose a sauvignon blanc, but the Jurassic Ridge sauvignon blanc had the just the right fruitiness she likes in a Riesling. The owner is very proud of his vineyard and his products and definitely worth a...More

We visited in December. The owner was in charge of the tasting. A clearly knowledgable man, he seemed to struggle to deal with novices asking apparantly stupid questions. By the end, he had mellowed a little, however I feel he needs to be prepared to...More

Our group of 4 had the pleasure of visiting Jurassic Ridge on the second to last day of a 7 day visit to the island. We visited 8 wineries and I would say this had the best wine of the lot. All in our group...More
