Very helpful! Even made a phone call to make reservations for us! Being older we walked to the village not sure we would have been able to walk to the wineries! We took a taxi from the village to and from mudbrick winery! Much more...More

its a good idea to visit them as it is easier to plan the visit to the island. there are some good shops around the I-SITE centre too. buying souvenirs there was cheaper than Auckland .

When the ferries pull in and not sure where to,go, or how to,get there, all information you need is available by very helpful,friendly well informed staff. Toilet facilities, buses and taxis leave from here.

Thanks a lot to the Centre. They provided all the information regarding Waiheke like places to visit, things to do etc.. The staff was really kind and helpful.
