We offer state-of-the-art flying fox ziplines and an eco-immersive forest walk for nature lovers of all ages. With a complimentary pick up from the island's ferry terminal at Matiatia Wharf, or from Oneroa Village bus stop if you're already on the island, you'll enjoy a "mini-tour" of the island en route to our site on Trig Hill. Upon arrival and welcome at our visitor centre, you will be checked-in, geared up, and readied for one of Auckland's most eco-friendly activities! Three 200m dual flying fox ziplines will fly you smoothly side-by-side with a partner, friend or relative down into a stunning tract of original and regenerating native 'bush' (forest). It's a scenic interpretive walk back to base, where you'll learn about local flora and fauna and the conservation of our spectacular natural environment. With a choice of drop-off locations afterwards, we'll make sure you have plenty of things to do on the island!

3 brilliant zip lines and a walk back through the Forrest with a really knowledgeable guide. Views were amazing! Booked this on a package called zip line and wine and went to a bunch of wineries after this.

WOW! This was such a memorable experience. I really loved the views and the actual zip lining was the best part. Very kind staff and a really cool hike at the end. 10/10 would recommend.

As cool and beautiful the zip line view of Waiheke Island was, the best part is the bush walk afterward. Like you’re in a whole new world and the hike is just fantastic.

Lovely ladies taking care of us, so accommodating, you get a locker, photos taken and everything is taken care of. It is so much fun - I have never done it before and had tears in my eyes the views were so gorgeous!

Many thanks for taking the time to review your EcoZip experience. And yes it is like Jurassic Park down in the old growth forest, no dinosaurs though...yet! Best wishes Becks & the EcoZip crew.

Hi, thanks for your query regarding EcoZip Adventures. No, I'm sorry you won't be able to strap your 17mth old to you to go zip lining, everyone needs to go individually and our minimum weight is 30kgs. Kind regards Becks
