A fun time was had by all.

We had a fun time with Bonnie she was a lovely host and wish her and Helen all the best for the future.

The table was beautifully presented for us and we happily made and tasted our own gin.

Recommend this experience.

Mix your own gin!
Mar 2020 • Couples
We did this experience as part of a tour group. It was lots of fun and very educational. Helen introduced us to various botanicals in their raw form, such as juniper berries, Angelica root, liquorice root, cardamom, and dried lemon & lime peels, having us taste them. Then she provides distilled oils of those botanicals to add, drop by drop, to our shot glass of grain alcohol following her recipe. Tonic water is added for a wonderful gin & tonic. But then, we are allowed to mix our own recipe of oils & alcohol, creating our own gin. It was very fun and we learned a lot about the different oils medicinal properties.
