We went to this charming yoghurt and cheese factory recently and enjoyed the informative tour and watching how these amazing people plied their trade. The morning tea provided as part of the tour in the charming central court garden was also very relaxing

Wonderful MOZZARELLA since four hundreds years, the best in Italy, produced in a very beatiful natural area, where bufalos can enjoy life.
