Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Peter Kovacsy Studio and Gallery was well worth a visit. Peter encourages you to spend time and enjoy his incredible art creations. We particularly loved the glass sculptures, inspired and reflecting nature. Peter was very generous with his time and showed us through his workshop, explained some of the process in making the glass and other sculptures and displayed some of his new works. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The beautiful works are available for purchase direct or through Peter’s website.

Peter allowed us to explore his studio at our leisure, but was willing to expand on the details of his work willingly. We purchased a wonderful glass item, which will look fabulous in differing lighting influences

Peter is a very talented artist whose gallery includes pieces made from glass, wood, and glass and wood. He also has some lovely photos. Everything is his work.
Chances are Peter will welcome you and have a long chat about his work and philosophy. He'll regale you with stories as well. All very interesting. You may also get a chance to check out his workshop next door.
The pieces don't have prices or fancy descriptions. Each piece takes a lot of time and effort which is reflected in the prices. Just ask Peter for the price of a piece.
It's not a large gallery but worth a visit.

I had the privilege of meeting Peter on a day when 3 of my students were unable to participate in our school's camp activities. Peter was so very welcoming and encouraged my students to not only look at his art works, but to touch and hold them. I thought they were made of resin, but the sculptures are made from lead crystal! He was not precious about his work at all and was very willing to talk to my students about the process of art and how art makes one feel. We were even able to look at the process of making his latest piece, "Burn for You."
Peter is kindhearted and generous with his time, spending time with the four us, not rushing us at all. All three my students left the studio with a renewed love for sculpture, one actually tearing up at the thought of how beautiful the Mini Temples are when the sun shine through them.

I thought the large translucent sculptures were resin. They are glass. Wow. That somehow made me feel tight across the shoulder blades, in awe and nervous. It's exciting to have a physical reaction to art. And so rare to then be able to ask the artist how the works were made etc. the wooden furniture and bowls were also exquisite. Peter was generous with his time and insights.

After seeing Peter's work in the WA Art gallery it was a much wanted diversion to go to his gallery. It was a true pleasure and honour to meet and speak with such a revered artist. Peter was so giving with his time and taking us through his work. I cannot recommend it more highly for a visual and mental experience that you wont forget. (Better still - buy a piece to have to enrich one's life!).

My lovely wife and I have been admiring Peter's work for years. Any trip to Pemberton isn't complete for us without a visit to his amazing studio and gallery. The way the light plays through each sculpture is a testament to his skill and artist vision. His beautiful sculpture enriches our home, bringing light and wonderful energy ieveryday. We are grateful to have such amazing artists in the Southwest and with your support they can continue to dedicating their lives to their craft.
