St Mary's Church is opposite Robertson Reserve and is one of a number of old churches built from the local bluestone. It has a tall and very steep steeple that really sets it apart from the others.

We took our 6 year old granddaughter to Mass on Christmas Eve 2015 & we loved it, so well prepared, well done to all concerned. Our twin grandchildren were baptised there last weekend & it was lovely. Fr. Greg is a lovely man.

Absolutely delightful outside and in and we were fortunate enough for the sun to shine through the beautiful windows on the happy couple when they were signing the register.

The Catholics build to last, as this fine bluestone building testifies. St Mary's Church is impressive, though I could not gain entry. The new parish centre also looks fine.
