It was cold and raining but we still brave ourselves to go and watch the penguins coming home. They are so cute from far and we tracked them back all to their burrows. Some of them make sounds while others find time to mate too.

I went on a whim, but I’m so glad that I did. It was amazing watching them waddle out of the sea, and into their burrows. Though it was freezing on the beach and you can’t take any photos.

Not being an avid animal person, I was not looking forward to this tour. How wrong I was! It was truly a marvel to see those little penguins all march on the beach on their way to their burrows. I was so glad I went!
