if you are going for a surf the beach has good waves but otherwise its not really a beach to take people to go swimming

Excellent views from the great ocean road for the surf capital.. Great waves and beautiful beaches make this place worth a stop and njoy the scene

Small, often congested car park. Occasional abuse from surfies for parking in "their" spot (!) Attractive coastline to explore at low tide.

Excellent spot to watch the surfers or participate! The day I visited it was freezing (in spring!) however there was plenty braving the breaks and can see why it's one of the best surf beaches around

It's been 15 years since I visited Bell's where I recall gravel/dirt road leading to the carpark. Clearly the local council has done a great job of providing first-class parking, walking and viewing facitilites. Just remember to dress warmly, we struck a beautiful day but...More

Wild beach especially in winter great if you are a surfer. Well worth a nostalagic visit in any case.

A wonderful surf beach and not too far out from the CBD of geelong. Clean and very pretty! A must see when your down that way :)

Such a vast ocean & some great waves. We were lucky to have sunny weather,so walking & watching was a delight.

This is the stuff of legends - the images remain for a life time - have never been brave enough to go in but I love watching the experts do their stuff
