Wylie's has maybe the biggest rock pool on the coast, with a lot of lappers in the deep parts by the wall but plenty of shallower (but rocky) areas for the kids, plus the extensive decks towering above it. Good facilities but you pay 20...More

Beautiful ocean pool, natural bottom, you see fish, the occasional octopus and plenty of other sea creatures. Finish with a hot shower and coffee. Sim in the Winter if you are game and you will often have the pool to yourself

Looking back across the coogee bay the baths are in perfect location near the cliffs, definitely worth a shot

Preferable to a mega busy coogee beach we came for a lie down and a swim. I’m not a fan of big waves so it was great to have a peaceful swim. Clean and great facilities :)

Really enjoyed our swim here. Facilities are good & the views great. Walk to here is pleasant as well. Great family park & playground in same area.

The baths were a fun stop while we were staying in Coogee. We had the most fun sitting on the ocean wall and having the waves crash on or near us. There was no charge when we were there.

Went there on New Year's Day after noon. The ocean pool is very big and easier to swim that the ocean itself at Coogee Beach. Great place for kids and family. Bring lots of suncream.

A really beautiful setting and good to see a traditional ocean pool well maintained. The Christmas tree in the centre of the pool was a nice touch! However I was a bit disappointed with the experience overall. The adult admission fee is $5. The water...More

Very accessible by public transport, Coogee is the
smaller, friendlier, more intimate version of Bondi
Beach. Coogee is the only beach in the Eastern suburbs
that does not have big waves, making it an excellent
family beach. The Coogee Bay Hotel, located right
across the beach, has one of the biggest beer gardens
in Australia and plenty of entertainment every night
of the week. Be on the lookout for celebrity
