Lady Enid recreates that classic age of yachting enjoyed in the 1960’s when sailing was more about elegance and chic than corporate sponsorship and carbon fibre. The experience of sailing to Whitehaven Beach on this beautiful and rare classic gives...more

This is a full day experience and one worth doing. The skipper knew what he was doing and his crew was fantastic, friendly and funny. As it is a yacht, there is a lot of sailing taking up to three hours to get to the...More

The day started with a friendly greeting and friendly briefing over the boat. A wonderful team who truly love what they do. The boat is a classic and considering it is 70 years old, is in really very good condition. There were light winds on...More
Fantastic day, we definitely picked the best sailing trip. The trip is for a maximum of 24 people, so our trip was nearly full, but there is no way you would think it. The crew were really attentive, the food was amazing and they looked...More
We wanted a real sailing experience on a lovely old boat, kind knowledgeable crew, small passenger numbers and good value for money. We were willing to pay a few dollars more to have some space to relax - we didn't want to be packed in...More
We sailed on Lady Enid with 5 other couples on a sunny but windy day. What better weather could you ask, for an ex racing ship. We were given a safety brief ahead of our departure by attentive staff.

So sorry, I have only just seen this message.
No we only do daily sails.
Whitsunday Getaway is a great company to do 2 or 3 night sails.
Enjoy your time in the Whitsundays.

Our toilet is also down stairs in the below cabin, so if we were sailing and your husband had to move about the vessel this may be a problem for him. There is also a bush walk up to the Hill Inlet look out. In saying that, if your husband wanted to stay on board he is welcome to do so.
I hope you enjoy your time in Australia.

Hi Maxine. The snorkeling we did was only about 30mins. I’m not sure if you’ve been up to the Whitsundays before but if you haven’t, the snorkeling spots are generally in calmer water (weather dependent). The staff on Lady Enid will follow you around in a dingy if your not confident. Also they provide all your snorkeling equipment and pool noodles which assist you in floating. I’m not a very confident swimmer either and I find the noodles help me stay afloat and focus on the fish.
Hope this helps?
