Lovely to get out of the hustle and bustle of Cairns. Lovely esplanade and beach area. I was a little disappointed with the lack of children’s playgrounds as there was only 1 on the beach.

Not too shabby waking up to this view daily! I walked along the beautiful sandy beach from Palm Cove to Kewarra Beach each day for some "light" exercise. The locals are SO lucky!

We regularly visit Palm Cove beach. It is an idyllic setting, with the beach fringed by palm trees, views over the islands and along the beach, with mountains behind and adjacent shops.

Walking along the beach we were very lucky to see the full moon rising over the water is was blood orange in Colour as it came up, what a special sight. It was so bright is look more like the setting sun.

This is a beautiful holiday destination that would suit couples, friends, and families. It's easy to get to from Cairns airport….either by shuttle bus (would recommend prebooking), taxi or uber. It is well located close to heaps of attractions as well as the beach itself....More

Quiet little getaway. Pristine beach, stunning landscape, great range of cafes and restaurants. Only 30 minutes in a cab from Cairns.

Kathleen, I think the response from Lou Charlie is perfect. The only thing I can add is don't be put off visiting Palm Cove because you can't swim in the ocean. It's a gorgeous spot with a variety of accommodation options... More
