The wilderness park is recommended 4WD access only, and many of the gorges need high clearance 4WD with a snorkel to access as there's a deep water crossing (there are 2 shallower water crossings to get to the campsite - a small vehicle might not...More

Current Number 11 rating in 'things to do in east Kimberley" is misleading - it ties for 1st, along with Echidna Chasm in the Bungle Bungles. Focus on East Kimberley, so you have time to see the other attractions at El Questro and have enough...More

We loved our visit to El Questro. The El Questro gorge was a challenging yet well worthwhile visit. Brancos lookout is worth a visit too. The homestead looks very impressive but I don’t know if you can have a tour unless you stay there. Staff...More

Overall, El Questro is a nice place, but the prices they charge are highway robbery! For a powered caravan site, $22 pp plus another $22 per night forthe site. $66 per nght for a dusty bit of ground! The 4wd tracks and lookouts are great...More

Loved this place. If you’re up for an epic adventure you’ll get it right here. Swimming holes, gorges, waterfalls and rapids. Base yourself at the Black Cockatoo Campground for a wicked vibe, a restaurant and live music to make your stay amazing.

Sensitively placed glamping close to the gorge, (own shower and toilet for each 'tent'). very casually designed restaurant. Marvelous walk following a creek into the gorge to a waterfall starts at the accommodation. None of the facilities spoil the surrounds.

We so enjoyed our visit to this great park. There is lots to do and see here and will take you quite a time to do them all. The caravan park was also good.

We took advantage of the El Questo end of season sale, booked a package and drove out there from Kununurra to stay 2 nights in a garden room at a discounted rate. It's like a regular motel room by the river. Nothing fancy but OK....More

ElQuestro doesn’t need my praise... it knows it’s remarkable & not to be missed. We loved it. My review is about the staff. They are well informed and professional of course, which is as you’d expect. It’s the next level that I admire. I’ll use...More

We weren't all that impressed with this place. It was reasonable and we did have a very nice buffet lunch here.

I’m sorry, I don’t agree with Rhonda E. Our experience with El Questro started very well. We walked Emma Gorge and thoroughly enjoyed it. On leaving and driving to El Questro’s campground we found the 16 km terribly rough... More
