We hiked Emma Gorge - get here early to avoid the other walkers and heat. We started walking at 8am, but started to warm up at 9am when the shadows were no more. A 2hr return hike and worth it at the end! I would...More

A beautiful oasis in the middle of the dry and dusty El Questro Wilderness Park. Extremely comfortable glamping accommodation, great hospitality staff, food and facilities. Access to lovely gorge walks.

Starts at the resort and takes about 2 hours excluding stops. The average person wearing sneakers would manage. Would be a bit dark late in the afternoon.

It is quite a trek up the valley to get there from the resort but it is so worthwhile. When you get to the end, there is a lovely pool and waterfall. The water is VERY cold.
