We had an exceptional experience on our Odyssey wine tour in Hawkes Bay, New Zealand! Graham was knowledgable, friendly, and connected. We originally considered "going it on our own", but last minute chose the guided tour. Graham knew every cool place, and every cool person in the area. I highly recommend Odyssey for its professionalism, it's highly knowledgable staff, and... More

We visited off of a cruise ship and selected Odyssey NZ at the i-Site Visitor Centre where the cruise ship free shuttle drops you off. Their tor of the area included the Te Mata peak, Arataki Honey, a tour of Hastings, Adventure Wine Co., Silky Oaks Chocolate Factory, a tour of Napier and a visit to Mission Estate Restaurant for... We took a Progressive Dinner/Wine Tasting tour with Gareth in March of 2017. We went to a few wineries, saw some of the sights, and went to a facility where we were able to taste wines from several boutique wineries all at one facility. The day ended with a great dinner at one of the estate wineries. Gareth was a... More

From start to finish this was a brilliant trip! Gareth is an excellent, informative guide. Plenty of wines to sample and delicious food at progressive locations. Sipping champagne as the sun set at Te Mata Peak was memorable.

We did the whole day experience and thoroughly enjoyed it. We visited 4 wineries for tastings, a separate winery for lunch and somewhere we could taste wines from lots of the smaller wineries. The lunch was delicious - full choice from the a la carts menu at the winery and the food was delicious. We had a platter in the... More

This was an evening trip with wine and food and our host Garyiu was brilliant. The trip is restricted to ten people on a mini bus which is far better than a coach of fifty! Our first stop was a small Vineyard where we had our starters along with the tastings of four white wines and three red wines -... More

Our host, Gareth Kelly, was extraordinarily informative about New Zealand and especially its food and wine. We visited several excellent wineries and enjoyed a progressive dinner with wine accompaniments concluding at the gorgeous Terroir restaurant for dessert. We could not recommend this experience more highly.

We did the bespoke progressive dinner and wine tasting. This was amazing. 5 wine tastings, a cheese tasting, stop at a honey farm and then a three course dinner at three different wineries. Gareth and his team are wonderful - tremendous hosts and full of fun and information. I feel like we did everything that the Napier area had to... More

Went on the twilight trip and thoroughly enjoyed the evening. We were fortunate in the weather and the company. Food great..my favourite was the appetiser platter at Vidal. Knowledgeable guide and a great taster for a longer trip
