The exhibition on the Wairau Confrontation is awesome. Amazing interpretation of an important historical event. I was hugely impressed with Sally Burton's use of driftwood to create the figures. Highly recommend visiting this exhibition.

This cafe has fabulous fresh salads. I loved the beetroot and walnut salad. The carrot and sesame salad was tasty too. Great staff. Lovely outlook from the cafe onto trees and water
