We recently did a six day trip up in the Cobb Valley, with different drop off and pick up points.
I have used Trek Express on a number of occasions over the past five years and have always found their service, communication and punctuality spot on. The drivers are courteous, careful and easy to speak to, and very helpful with getting the baggage organised and reloaded. A number of time we have been able to leave our 'daybags' with them or drop them off at our next destination (for a small extra fee).
Janet does an excellent job organising / coordinating trips to the many destinations they cover in the Abel Tasman, Kahurangi and Nelson Lakes Parks - and will try to match interested parties to keep costs for individuals down.
Vehicles are always clean and well maintained.
Admittedly they may not always be the cheapest options - albeit very competitive. But sometimes flexibility and reliability are more important that saving a few dollars.
I can warmly recommend this crucial transport provider in the Nelson region.

They took us from Marahau car park to Wainui car park so we could to the entire Able Tasman great walk. They are such a great company from friendly drivers to timeliness. I would recommend not taking a ferry and doing the entire great walk because this section (that you would miss if you took the ferry) in my opinion, is the best part.

My partner and I had booked Trek Express to take us from Nelson to Marahau to do the Abel Tasman Walk and then the trip in reverse. On both trips the minibus arrived punctually - actually about five minutes early - and both drivers were very courteous, helpful and excellent drivers. The owner actually drove us on the Saturday from Marahau to Nelson and was most interesting to talk to. His driver who took us to Marahau was excellent too with snippets of information along our journey. Definitely recommend this firm.

Ive used Trek Express on 3 different occasions over the past 3 years and are overdue in writing a review.
Im pleased to say that Ive found them to be consistently very good. Right from your first contact with Janet when booking (who has lots of knowledge and tries hard to accommodate your pickup and drop off requirements and is very knowledgeable) to on time pickup and drop off from the driver at your destination. Ive used them twice for the Heaphy track and just recently returning from the end of the Old Ghost Road to Lyell car park.

Excellent service from the team at Trek Express we had multiple pick ups and drop offs over 10 days. Most accommodating when our plans changed due to weather. Very knowledgeable driver on our trip to Wainui bay. Highly recommend this company. Thank you very much.

I used Trek Express to sort my transfer from Marahau (Abel Tasman) to Nelson Airport. Janet always responded very promptly to all questions I had and even arranged for me to drop off my bag at their depot 2 days prior to my bus, so I did not need to bring my (large) bag when kayaking / hiking through Abel Tasman!
My flight was quite tight vs the estimated bus arrival but the driver did a great job in getting me there on time - highly recommend!

I have used Trek Express for rides to and from the Nelson airport, on two separate holidays in the Abel Tasman park area. They were prompt to the minute for all the pickups, and the price was right. They were also able to accommodate our request for a stop at a grocery store on the way in, which was very helpful. Communication with Rory and Janet via email was painless. Highly recommended for ride services if you are lucky enough to spend some time in the region.

Trek Express were very prompt and accommodating. For a very reasonable price they helped us out with a food resupply after completing the Abel Tasman Inland Track and before starting the Abel Tasman Coastal Track. They dropped off our food at Wainui Car Park and took our tent and other equipment and stored it for us until they picked us up at the end of the trip four days later. Great service.
